Brief introduction of non-loosable screws, also known as non-loosable, spring screws, and non-loosable screws. It is the pressure riveting and the expansion riveting on the mounting plate, and the position of the plate and the plate is fastened by screws.

On the left is the captive screw of the PF11 model.
The composition of the captive screw is divided into several components:
1. The screw part (the other end of the thin plate of the chassis is fastened by it. The general material is carbon steel and stainless steel. The head has a cross or slotted groove to facilitate tool tightening. The left picture shows a quincunx groove. The groove type can be customized according to customer needs. )
2. Hand-twisted sleeve (usually straightened or smooth, the material is usually environmentally friendly aluminum bar, sometimes it is necessary to perform aluminum anodizing red/blue/silver/black, etc.)
3. The pressure riveting sleeve (rivet on the panel depends on it) is made of stainless steel/carbon steel. Processing passivation/electro-galvanizing.
4. The spring (to facilitate the extension and retraction of the screw and keep the whole part from falling out) is made of stainless steel; after each part is produced, assemble it into one body and squeeze the hand-twisted part so that it is inlaid with the pressure riveting part through the spring , To form a complete spring panel screw.

The difference between PF11 and PF12 captive screws:
The captive screws in the picture are hand-tightened for the PF12 model without knurled aluminum sleeve. The dimensions and other references are exactly the same as those of the PF11 model.
The differences are:
The PF11 captive screw hand-tightening handle is a straight-grained toothed handle for anti-slip effect, as shown in the above picture . The hand-tightening sleeves and screws can be electroplated with blue white zinc or anodized to silver/black according to customer requirements.
Most customers use PF11 type spring screws, and a few users choose PF12 type smooth handle hand-tight screws.
